Saboten

Established in Shinjuku, Tokyo in 1966, Saboten is now the largest cutlet chain in Japan and has expanded to overseas markets since 2001. Saboten opened its first outlet in Hong Kong in 2010. Specially bred and barley-fed, the pork is sweeter and tenderer than those of other brands in the market.
